Together, we connect dentistry and medicine with science, companies, hospitality and responsible AI in one longevity conversation — through open clinical frameworks, shared measurement tools and evidence built in practice. They are invitations to explore and adapt where useful, never compulsory protocols — bringing clarity and simplicity where they matter.

01

Dentistry is where the whole system begins.

Start with the mouth — where biology, function, materials and inflammation meet.

02

The mouth is the bridge between medicine and dentistry.

Reconnect the oral environment with prevention, systemic health and human performance.

03

The Bio Longevity Dental Score® makes the connection measurable.

Create a shared clinical language for meaningful dialogue, documentation and research.

Two shores, one reality

Two histories.
One biology.

An oral history and a medical history should be two views of the same person — not separate files that never meet.

Dentistry · oral history

Dentistry often begins with

  • aesthetic, function, bite & airway
  • materials, periodontal status & oral microbiome
  • oral inflammation, symptoms & patient experience
  • decayed & missing teeth
  • reconstruction needs
The mouthis the bridgeone
system

Medicine · medical history

Medicine often begins with

  • sleep, metabolism & systemic inflammation
  • medication, markers & medical history
  • energy, recovery & long-term risk
  • cardiovascular risks
  • lifestyle interventions & nutrition

“The question is not which history matters more. It is what becomes clearer when both are read together.”

Why this Society exists

IS

The future of longevity
will not be built
in separate rooms.

For too long, dentistry and medicine have developed beside each other. Yet the mouth is part of the same biological reality: immune, neurological, inflammatory and regenerative pathways do not stop at the jaw.

The Society gives this connection a serious home — with a dentistry-first perspective, international clinical exchange and an invitation to clinicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, hospitality leaders and institutions to build evidence that can be examined, refined and shared.

“Rooted in dentistry and medicine. Built with science, enterprise, hospitality and responsible innovation — for more years of agency, vitality and possibility.”

We talk to each other.

No one holds
the whole answer.

Separation between disciplines does not serve patients. We make room for different expertise, honest disagreement and active exchange — then turn the strongest shared questions into practical, testable solutions.

The Founding Charter

An open standards forum,
independent by design.

The Society convenes the ongoing development and thoughtful use of Bio Longevity Dentistry® frameworks. It invites people and institutions to adopt approaches where they add value, while building transparent evidence and shared standards where warranted. It is independent and non-profit — not a trade association, referral scheme or sales channel for any product.

01

The bridge, not a faction

One neutral place where disciplines and views meet. Evidence over ideology; no niche politics.

02

Evidence & vetting

Standing is examined on verifiable credentials, reviewed cases and current education — never on payment.

03

Independence & conflict

Criteria are public, conflicts are disclosed and anyone affected steps back from the judgement.

04

Intelligence & accountability

AI earns a place only where evidence, transparency and data handling meet the bar. A clinician remains accountable.

“The Society protects the integrity of its review process and quality signals. The Bio-Longevity Alliance® carries reach and visibility. Visibility is bought. Endorsement is not.”

The Longevity Bridge & open standards

The evidence is scattered.
We gather it.

Evidence-led is a commitment, not a marketing claim. The Society turns findings from practices, fields and countries into transparent, inspectable frameworks — and shared standards where the science and practice support them. Every stage is labelled honestly.

01

Synthesis

Gather what exists across practices, fields and countries; compare it and publish it.

02

Consensus

Where direct evidence is thin, publish expert consensus as consensus — never as proof.

03

Shared methodology

Members can apply a shared method and contribute to a common register where this is useful; silos can become one cohort.

04

Validation

Cohort data confirms or refutes. Positions move up the evidence scale — or are withdrawn.

How to read the evidence scale

E means evidence. The scale shows how mature a Society position is — clearly separating robust findings, likely signals, expert consensus and open questions.

E1

Established

Multiple high-quality findings and/or mature clinical evidence support a position. It remains open to re-evaluation.

E2

Probable

The balance of available research and clinical observation points in one direction; further confirmation is still needed.

E3

Consensus

A transparent expert consensus guides practice where direct evidence remains limited. It is never presented as proof.

E4

Open

The question is open. Early signals may exist, but no position is endorsed until it can be tested.

This is a transparent Society working framework — not a regulatory approval and not individual medical advice.

The Bio Longevity Dental Score®

One link
made measurable.

The Bio Longevity Dental Score® is one shared measurement framework — a practical starting point, not a final answer. It turns relevant oral findings into a structured clinical picture, making it easier to discuss what begins in the mouth within the wider context of longevity.

A living, voluntary framework for dialogue, documentation and smarter next steps — open to complementary tools, new evidence and responsible innovation. It can be adopted selectively where it adds value; individual clinical judgement remains decisive. It does not replace individual medical assessment or diagnosis.
