Our purpose

The International Society of Bio Longevity Dentistry brings people into one constructive Longevity dialogue. We begin at the mouth, connect dentistry and medicine, and welcome science, enterprise, hospitality, technology and other responsible contributors.

No one discipline, organisation or individual owns the only right answer. We listen, compare evidence, name uncertainty and build better answers together — for longer, more self-determined lives.

1. Participate with respect and intellectual honesty

We expect members and guests to:

  • discuss ideas, evidence and practice without attacking people or professions;
  • disclose uncertainty, limitations and conflicts rather than overstating certainty;
  • welcome thoughtful disagreement and respond to questions in good faith;
  • use accessible language and avoid discriminatory, harassing, humiliating or intimidating conduct;
  • respect cultural, professional and geographic diversity in an international community.

2. No individual clinical advice in community spaces

The Society Community is for education, professional exchange and co-creation. It is not a patient consultation service.

Do not post, request or respond to identifiable patient cases, health records, images, scans, test results, contact details or other sensitive information in a general community channel, the Directory or the Consensus Score workspace.

Do not make individual diagnoses, treatment prescriptions or assurances of clinical outcomes. Members remain responsible for their own professional duties, licenses, insurance, local law and clinical judgment.

3. Evidence, claims and the Bio Longevity Dental Score®

The Society welcomes diverse hypotheses and innovation. At the same time, members must distinguish clearly between:

  • personal experience or observation;
  • early hypothesis or pilot work;
  • professional consensus;
  • established evidence;
  • approved Society material.

The Bio Longevity Dental Score® is one voluntary connecting tool among others. It does not replace professional assessment or create a mandatory clinical protocol. Do not use the Society name, Score, recognition or membership to make misleading health, diagnostic, treatment, performance or longevity claims.

4. Independence and conflicts of interest

Members must disclose relevant financial, employment, ownership, advisory, research, sponsorship, family or other interests when contributing to a Score review, evidence process, award, recommendation, speaker selection, product discussion or Council decision.

A disclosed conflict does not automatically exclude participation. It allows the appropriate governance response: transparent context, recusal, independent review or restricted voting.

5. No hidden advertising or pay-to-play

The Society is independent and non-profit. It does not sell clinical endorsement, scientific validation, ranking, Directory prominence, award status, speaking slots, courses or Council roles.

Members may share relevant work, courses, events or resources only in designated areas, clearly identify any commercial connection and comply with applicable advertising and professional rules. Spam, affiliate links without disclosure, unsolicited direct marketing and disguised promotion are not allowed.

6. Directory and profile integrity

Directory visibility is consent-based. Members must provide accurate professional and organisational information, have permission to use any image or link and keep their profile current.

Do not scrape, copy, sell, republish, mass-contact or use Directory data for unsolicited outreach. A member’s public profile is not consent to marketing.

7. Confidentiality, intellectual property and co-creation

Respect any space labelled confidential, pilot, under review or member-only. Do not share another person’s contribution, contact details, research material, meeting notes or unpublished proposal outside the intended context without permission.

Membership does not transfer ownership of a member’s pre-existing work. Conversely, a contribution does not become an official Society product or licensed material merely because it is shared in a community discussion. Official product development requires a separate written contribution / IP agreement covering attribution, scope of use, confidentiality, quality review and any commercial participation.

8. Responsible use of AI and media

Use AI tools responsibly and disclose material AI assistance where it could affect trust, authorship or the interpretation of evidence. Do not create or share deceptive synthetic representations of real members, patients, speakers, treatments or events.

AI-generated or manipulated visual content used by the Society must be transparently labelled where it appreciably resembles an authentic person, object, place or event. 1

9. Moderation and reporting

To report a concern, contact service@isbld.org or use the in-platform reporting function. Reports should contain sufficient context for review and will be handled as confidentially as reasonably possible.

The Society may:

  1. clarify a rule or request an edit;
  2. remove content, restrict a feature or issue a warning;
  3. temporarily suspend an account or access area;
  4. refer a serious case to the Board / responsible committee;
  5. terminate access or pursue further steps permitted by the Statutes and law.

Before a material adverse decision, the affected person should normally receive a concise explanation and a reasonable opportunity to respond, unless immediate restriction is needed to protect people, data, safety or legal compliance.

10. Relationship to the Statutes and platform rules

This Community Code supplements the Statutes, Membership Terms, Privacy Notice and any provider terms of the Community platform. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and the Statutes prevail.

Acceptance of this Code is required before Community access is activated. It is not a substitute for a professional, clinical, research ethics or commercial compliance review where one is required.

Quick acknowledgment for the Member Portal
